The Courage to Make an Executive Decision

Years ago, I had a look at Earl Nightingale's work.  My conclusion today, now that I look back on it is that people need to be a self possessed guide more often.  The bottom line: don't be afraid to be screwed up (healthy).  Retail sausage heads have a tendency of being "yes people."  Someone gets a bright idea that will yield profit, and soon everyone revolves everything they do around the person with the bright idea because there is money in it, all at the expense of individuality that leads to free-flowing energy.  Do you see the problem here?   People who have the courage to make an executive decision aside from the carrot on the stick have an advantage.

There are too many bell stars these days.
