My Innovation Blotter for Recruiters

Personal Creativity

The trees and the forest come into play here from my point of view.  I see far too many people mixing commercialism with the forest (the cup of creativity), which leaves their trees (and true creativity) buried under a pile of rubbish.  My cup of creativity is the most important of all, which leads me to believe that too many people blow bench marking way out of proportion.  Retail sausage heads love doing this in my opinion.

How can a person innovate without making a mess out of their forest?  This is where directing ignorance comes in handy.  The person who directs his or her ignorance (the ability to ignore or tune out) towards what everyone else is doing that doesn't give the correct results has an opportunity to pay more attention to the trees in his or her forest that yield personal creativity.

Project Jack in the Box

I am currently working with a few U.S. Government employees urging them to get going on Project Jack in the Box.  This project's aim is to help rid people of human Para Natural infestation that has a negative effect on them.  I made up my mind to gather a bunch of information up, and send it in to help people be free from irresponsible faggots and disorder criminals.  I have had it with people like this, and I want the world to know.  Project Jack in the Box is just another way of getting the job done.

Nose in the Book
What works for me the most is me getting my nose in the book, and me keeping my nose in the book.  Not only does this get me out of a mental bind nine times out of ten, it raises my earnings potential.  Granted, what I read does not always rub off on me easily, and a lot of times I don't want what's in the book to rub off on me.  Educated authors have a way of organizing that I zero in on.....
